EPBL: Logistics Clerk

Logistics Clerk duties include but not limited to:

  • Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of maintenance activities
  • Responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports.
  • Maintains inventories and completes records.
  • Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material and the control of project furnished small tools and third party rentals.
  • Under general supervision, receives general guidance on work priority.
  • Follows the required Work Instructions to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of services.
  • Evaluates service execution for compliance to contract, schedule, cost budgets, and quality.
  • Advises leadership team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors in reference to scope of work
  • Informs leadership team of updates to safety rules and procedures.
  • Plans and fills Kits to internal customers based on production needs.
  • Ensures on-time delivery of Kits/goods to customers, by investigating and resolving detention issues.
  • Good communication practice with supply chain team.
  • Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.  
  • Ensure FIFO when relieving on-hand inventory.
  • May assist in weekly/annual cycle counting.
  • All other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Lead.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • US Citizen
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft tools : Excel (familiar with basic formula must)  and Power Point
  • Knowledge using Maximo a plus
  • Good at Multi-tasking, with good communication skills
  • High School Diploma and/or GED
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Other duties assigned

This position is located in the Utah area. There is no perdiem, no uplift, no relocation assistance available.
